A few days ago, I had the incredible honor of accepting the Footwear News "Brand of the Year" award on behalf of the entire On team worldwide. Going into it, I was very nervous, considering that I was sharing the stage with ASAP Rocky, Martha Stewart, and Donna Karan, to name a few.
But it was smooth sailing once I locked in my breathing and focus.
